Your technician will treat the foundation, immediate yard, and other entry points around your home. We will also granulate flower beds with moisture activated crystals to discourage pests from nesting in these high moisture, high vegetation areas.

The place we are renting obviously never had any sort of pest control. After the initial treatment, we haven't seen a spider or other pest on the property or in the living areas. We had a hell of a time chasing the ants out but Evergreen came out every time we asked until the ants' routes has been cut off and baited. I have been so impressed with the service of Evergreen. They are always so friendly and courteous and I always trust having them in my home. We have really struggled with earwigs in our area and we had a couple other companies treat our home to try and get rid of them. We continued to have problems until switching to Evergreen. I definitely recommend this place! We have tried others and still had spiders. I rarely come across a spider after Evergreen came. They spray more thoroughly and get rid of webs and such around the outside of the house as well. The guy that came to our home to spray was very polite, always tells me what he's doing and where he's spraying, and even remembered everywhere that I liked to have sprayed!
